About permissions and others.

If we really need a good new start, permissions need to be given to all of the staff team, for a healthy, hack free server. We also need to fix some issues on the forums, such as the images being allowed to be seen only by admins, which isn't that successful idea. We need a forum mod. And lastly, but least importantly, changing the forum skin.
